Client need: A way to quickly and inexpensively train tens of thousands of employees on the topic of changes to their performance management system of evaluation and review. What we provided: Storyboards used by our production-house partner to build five hours of web-delivered instruction that allowed client employees to get a standard training message fast, at the employees’ convenience, and without the use of live instructors or printed materials. |

Client need: A company in the logistics business needed a document that would help train new hires in the company’s freight shipment tracking system, be a reference manual for experienced customer service representatives and managers, and also serve as system documentation. What we provided: A “three-for” document that met all the client’s training and reference needs and that was designed for easy updating. |

Client need: To communicate about the state of the business and new products as personally as possible to business unit employees spread out across North America, some in company offices, some at headquarters, and some at client sites. What we provided: Content and storyboarding for a bi-annual company communication in which company managers are recorded on video presenting relevant messages to employees about the state of the industry, new products, organizational changes, and so forth. Combined with the videos are graphics that present a visually interesting, fast-paced, content-rich message delivered to employees via the client’s intranet. |
